Role Overview:<\/b><\/h3>

  • This is a full-time role as a Functional Consultant: Food Safety Software Implementation. The Functional Consultant will be responsible for day-to-day project work, including understanding customer requirements for the software, configuring the software to meet these requirements, and training the customers on its use. The Functional Consultant will work closely with customers, project managers, and other team members to ensure successful implementation of the software.<\/span><\/p><\/li><\/ul>

    Key Responsibilities:<\/b><\/h3>

    1. Requirements Gathering & Analysis:<\/b><\/p>

    \u21d2 Engage with customers to gather and understand their specific food safety requirements and objectives.<\/span><\/p>

    \u21d2 Analyze customer business processes to identify how the software can be configured to optimize their operations.<\/span><\/p>

    2. Software Configuration:<\/b><\/p>

    \u21d2 Configure and customize the food safety software according to the customer’s requirements.<\/span><\/p>

    \u21d2 Ensure all software functionalities align with food safety regulations and standards.<\/span><\/p>

    3. Implementation & Project Execution:<\/b><\/p>

    \u21d2 Assist in managing the end-to-end software implementation process, ensuring timely and successful delivery.<\/span><\/p>

    \u21d2 Collaborate with project managers, technical teams, and customers to deliver solutions within project timelines.<\/span><\/p>

    4. Customer Training & Support:<\/b><\/p>

    \u21d2 Conduct training sessions to educate customers on how to effectively use the software.<\/span><\/p>

    \u21d2 Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting to resolve any issues or concerns post-implementation.<\/span><\/p>

    Consulting & Advisory Services:<\/b><\/p>

    \u21d2 Serve as a trusted advisor, offering insights and recommendations to improve the customer’s food safety processes through software solutions.<\/span><\/p>

    \u21d2 Ensure customers are aligned with best practices in food safety and quality management.<\/span><\/p>

    Documentation & Reporting:<\/b><\/p>

    \u21d2 Document all processes, configurations, and customer interactions for future reference and audits.<\/span><\/p>

    \u21d2\u00a0 Generate reports on project progress, milestones, and key deliverables for both internal and customer review.<\/span><\/p>

    Continuous Improvement:<\/b><\/p>

    \u21d2 Identify areas for improvement in both the software implementation process and customer business processes.<\/span><\/p>

    \u21d2 Stay updated on industry trends, food safety regulations, and software advancements to provide informed guidance.<\/span><\/p>

    Required Skills and Qualification:<\/b><\/h3>

    \u21d2Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.<\/span><\/p>

    \u21d2 Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Food Science or related field.<\/span><\/p>
